Scorekeeper Scheduler duties:

Assign scorekeepers and scoresheet checker for tournaments.
Supply scorekeepers with chairs, scoresheets, pencils, clipboards, and scoreboards.
Ensure scoresheets are turned in to checker, and final results turned in to tournament director.
